The cookie allows you to be recognized when you visit the website without having to re-enter data that you have previously entered.

The information contained in the cookies is z. B. used to determine whether you are logged in or what data you have already entered, or to recognize you as a user when a connection is established between our web server and your browser. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies.

By using our website, you agree to the use of these cookies, provided that cookies are accepted according to your browser settings.

Two types of cookies are used on this website:

Session cookies: These are temporary cookies that remain in the cookie file of your browser until you leave our website and are automatically deleted at the end of your visit.

6.2 Use of data for services provided by Google Inc

Google LLC (formerly Google, Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter “Google”) has committed to complying with the EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement published by the US Department of Commerce regarding the Collection, use and storage of personal data from the member states of the EU. Google LLC, including its wholly owned U.S. subsidiaries, has certified that it adheres to applicable Privacy Shield Principles. You can view Google's Privacy Shield certification here. This applies to all Google services listed below.

a) Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google on the legal basis of overriding legitimate interest (analysis of website usage).

When you visit our website, a connection to the Google servers is established via software and data is transmitted to Google servers, some of which are located in the USA. Google Analytics also uses cookies to store information about website users and to analyze how users use the website. Google Analytics uses the following cookies: _gid (storage period one day), _ga (storage period two years), _gat (storage period one minute).

This website uses the "Activation of IP anonymization" function (ie that Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking)) . As a result, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

According to Google, Google will use the information obtained to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services related to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. However, Google may transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you will if applicable not be able to use all functions of the website in full. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your anonymized IP address) and from processing this data by Google by clicking on the following link (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) Download and install available browser plug-in.

You can find more information on the terms of use and data protection under https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or. unter https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.

b) Google Analytics Conversion Tracking (Google AdWords)

This website also uses Google Conversion Tracking. Google Adwords places a cookie on your computer if you have reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of Adwords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Adwords customers are informed of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not want to participate in the tracking process, you can also refuse the setting of a cookie required for this - for example via a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser so that cookies from the "www.googleadservices.com" domain are blocked. You can find Google's privacy policy here here.

Most of the time, when you use SSL search, Google's encrypted search function, the search terms are not sent as part of the URL in the referrer URL. However, there are some exceptions to this, for example if you use certain, less common browsers. Learn more about SSL Search here. Search queries or information in the referral URL may also be viewed via Google Analytics or an Application Programming Interface (API). Advertisers may also receive information about the exact search terms that triggered a click on an ad [source: https://policies.google.com/faq?hl=de , 05/11/2018].

c) Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display map information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of the Maps functions by visitors to the website.
